Why CJA was built
Over the past twenty years, Chris has worked across different markets, including the UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. In each environment, he saw strong businesses doing good work, but struggling with the same underlying issue. Growth became more difficult as complexity increased.
The pressure usually sat with a small number of senior people. They were responsible for delivery, decisions and growth at the same time. Everything ran through them, which meant that even when opportunities were there, progress was slower than it should have been.

What became clear was that the problem was not external. It was not just competition or market conditions. It was how decisions were being made, or in many cases, not made. Priorities were unclear, and there was no structured way to step back and work through what actually mattered.
Chris has been in that position himself. When everything is moving, it can feel like there is no time to stop and think. But without that space, things start to drift. Activity increases, but direction becomes less defined.
