Chris Adams, founder and managing director of CJA Consulting, works closely with professional services leaders who are managing the day-to-day while trying to move their business forward.
His experience spans more than two decades across multiple markets, including the UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He has worked both within firms and alongside leadership teams, and over time, he saw the same challenges appear across different firms, regardless of size or market.
Chris has a law degree and a background in communications, but his approach has been shaped by years of working with real businesses under pressure. He focuses on how decisions are made, how priorities are set, and how direction is established.
He has worked with founders, partners and leadership teams who are dealing with growth challenges that are not always obvious at first. Decisions sit at the top, priorities compete, and there is little space to step back and think clearly.
